I spent aaaages trying to decide on what tattoos she’d have :L
I’m just holding onto your promise that Anders is going to be alive & well at the end of all this, and that is gonna get me through anything. I hope. Even after months of pain I still trust you to treat the characters, especially Anders and Justice, with the respect they deserve and didn’t always get in canon. (And there are very few writers I trust with those two.) And I trust you not to throw some rivalmance shit or something equally despicable at us.
There will (obviously) be rough patches in all of Anders’ relationships (Far Afield comes to mind), but whatever happens to him by the end of the fic I consider “Alive and Well” to mean that he is still possessed by Justice and they work well together, he is aware that his actions at the end of DA2 were absolutely necessary, he loves himself, and he is in a loving pro-mage relationship with someone who accepts him, his actions, and all of his flaws. It will take a very long time to get there but we will get there.
