Felt like doing a complete redesign of Velanna’s starting outfit. Well, mostly I just wanted to draw Velanna and didn’t want to draw her default. I went through a lot of wild variations before I settled on this. Wanted something somewhat feminine, dignified, but also with a bit of an edge and clearly Dalish.

Now think of how much funnier it would be if the Warden spent the whole time making “Yo Mama” jokes to every one of the dark spawn disciple of the Mother he or she came across.

Bonus points if Anders chimes in, Nathaniel moans at every one, and Sigrun, Valenna, and Justice have never heard of such a thing, but catch on pretty quickly. With mixed results and degrees of enthusiasm.
