IBS sufferers in the UK – this is nice tropical fruit juice from Tesco. It is low fodmap, contains no apple juice, does however have a minute amount of mango puree in it, but mango is only high in fructose, not in polyols or fructans (apple is high in fructose and polyols).

Try it with vodka or any other spirit (except rum), as they have no fodmaps at all.

Great we are allowed alcohol at least
